Although on the surface the buckle looks like a one-piece buckle, it is actually a two-piece buckle equipped with a easy-to-use magnetic clasp. To further strengthen the belt and protect it from stretching, an inner layer of Vectran - the same material that NASA used in the cushioning pads of the Mars Rover probes.
The soft FineWoven fabric is made of durable microdiagonal, which resembles suede to the touch. Strap was created with the environment in mind - as much as 68% of raw materials comes from recycled post-consumer waste, and its production generates far fewer carbon emissions than leather products.
