Right of withdrawal from the contract

Right of withdrawal
1. Only a customer who is a Consumer, or an Entrepreneur with the rights of a Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract concluded with the Seller within 30 days, without giving any reason.
2. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you have taken possession of the goods or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, has taken possession of the goods.
3. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or a communication by e-mail).
4. You may use our model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory.
5. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
6. Remember to enclose your proof of purchase with your return parcel. The returned item should be carefully packed to protect it from damage during transport. Please do not stick address labels directly onto the packaging of the returned product.
7. According to Polish law, the 14-day return period applies only to Consumers or Individual Entrepreneurs. This means that if you buy a product for business use, you will not be able to take advantage of the 14-day return.
Effects of withdrawal
1. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund.
2. We may withhold reimbursement until you have received the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first
